We provide free shipping and deliver your parcel within 3–10 working days. As soon as your package has left warehouse, you will receive a confirmation by email. This confirmation contains a tracking number that you can use to find out where your package is.
We offer free returns within 14 days. All you have to do is send us an email at support@noveldale.com with your order number. We will contact you to start the return process.

NOTE BEFORE INSTALLATION:
- Support 2.4GHz WiFi Only
- Please charge for 6 hours before installation
- Use a 5V 1A or 2A standard adapter to charge the doorbell; Do not use a fast charging adapter
- Connect the cable before turning on the doorbell
Support Announcement and Live View on Alexa or Google Assistant
- When someone approaches your door camera, Alexa makes an announcement saying, "Someone at the smart doorbell (DEVICE NAME)."
- The live view pops up, giving you instant access to what's happening outside your home.
