We provide free shipping and deliver your parcel within 3–10 working days. As soon as your package has left warehouse, you will receive a confirmation by email. This confirmation contains a tracking number that you can use to find out where your package is.
We offer free returns within 14 days. All you have to do is send us an email at support@noveldale.com with your order number. We will contact you to start the return process.
Please note that returns must be in original packaging and condition with receipt. If the returned item is not in the acceptable condition it will be refused acceptance.
